location is close to Metro. walking distance to Colleseum. Clean and smells good. looks new. staff are very friendly and accommodating. they even helped booking our shuttle/minivan going to airport. the common area is open till 11pm. after a long day you can still hang out and relax… with free hot and cold water.Good breakfast… for €10. i love The bathrooms … almost like a five star hotel style…so huge and well lit and new. The room itself has a lot of space…to put luggages… for a family of 4… a lot of space for 8 luggages and carry on. no smelly floor carpet. supermarket across the street and lots of places to eat.

Room is big, clean, with big bathroom and shower. The location is good, close to all the atractions, even tho in the beggining we we're a little bit skeptical because of the street is was located in. We were allowed to leave the luggage before the check-in at the front desk because we had an early flight and also after the check-out they stored our luggage for the rest of the day because we had a late night flight. They are offering free coffee, cold water and snacks for free in the lobby all day long. Would definetelly book again.

It was our honeymoon and had a 24 hours journey, to my surprise they let us checked in early and even prepared a thoughtful gift for us which is the bottle of Champagne. They made us feel so special. Will definitely come back again to experience their excellence service and personal touch.

The bed was incredibly comfortable with great water pressure in the shower, a powerful air conditioner perfect for relief from the heat of Rome in the middle of summer. The free amenities available in the reception are also a nice touch The staff were also incredibly friendly, funny and helpful - it really added to the stay!
